- Print out the form.
(when click 'print', please make sure that you have select 'Fit to Printable Area' instead of 'Shrink to Printable Area'.)
- Read the Terms & Conditions.
- Fill in the Direct Debit Authorised Form
- Fill in the Smartbees application form.
- Fax it over to Connected Learning (M) Sdn Bhd - 03 9056 4313
- The process will take 2 working days. Check your email. The login information will be sent to you within 2 working days.
